At Caitlyn Minimalist, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale due to their unique nature and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging and seal it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
